BONEFROG TRIDENT
- Awarded when you complete the SPRINT, CHALLENGE, & TIER-1 at a single event OR through the year.
- Price: $370
ENDURANCE COURSE
- Earn the brand new BONEFROG Endurance medal and earn additional frog pins for each lap through the Sprint course after completing the Challenge. BONEFROG will award you with 1x Green frog pin for every Sprint lap. Completing your fifth Sprint lap will earn you the coveted Gold frog pin. After your fifth lap, you will earn a Green frog pin for laps 6 through 9, and if you complete a 10th lap, a second Gold frog pin will be awarded. Will you be the FIRST double Gold frog pin recipient? Awards will be given to the Endurance athlete with the most laps completed by the end of the day. (Your final Sprint lap must start before 2:00pm.)

Course Description:
BONEFROG is the worlds ONLY Navy SEAL Obstacle Course Race.
BONEFROG is truly a unique experience. With 50 Navy SEAL-style obstacles on courses that range from 3-11 miles, the course will test everyone and leave no one unscathed. We attempt to place an obstacle approximately every quarter mile (when venues permit), so your running ability alone will not carry the day.
You must be functionally fit to succeed here. You will get muddy. You will get beat up. You will be exhausted. But you will finish. As Navy SEALs, we know what tough is and you will too upon crossing the finish line!
Our obstacles are designed to test your functional fitness with the same style obstacles Navy SEALs use to train on for combat.
This course WILL be hard and it WILL test your fitness in ways other OCRs cannot. If you’re not dry heaving at the finish line we have failed to do our job.
As Navy SEALs we have been forced to spend a great deal of time away from our families. As a result, whenever we can, we include the entire family in all that we do. The BONEFROG event offers fun activities for all ages. Let the kids come watch you race and then let them loose in our Mini BONEFROG Kids Area where they can play in the mud and race on scaled down obstacles all day.
RACE AID
There will be multiple aid stations on the course along with medical personnel. Water stations will also be offered.
SPECTATORS
The Spectator fee is $10 if you register online before race day, and $15 on race day for everyone age 13 and over. We want your family, friends and loved ones to celebrate your accomplishment with you! (A signed waiver is required.)
PARKING
Passenger vehicles are $10 each, and Oversize vehicles are $20 each. (Cash Only)
AFTER PARTY
While we do not believe that the “after party” should be the focus of the day, we have always subscribed to the “work hard, play hard” mentality. We have planned and executed literally hundreds of combat missions – no one can plan like we do! From awesome music and plenty of bathrooms to enough first-aid stations and great food, your experience with the Bone Frog Challenge will be one that you will remember and cherish for years to come.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Love the program but tight on cash?
Be part of the action and volunteer and earn a FREE race entry! 1/2 Day volunteers get a Free Sprint entry and all day Volunteers earn a Challenge entry. Race day volunteers can only earn a Sprint entry and must work a 1/2 day shift. We could not do this without our dedicated volunteers. This year our volunteers motivated, pushed and cajoled participants through the most difficult terrain and the most challenging obstacles. If you are motivated and loud, we would love to see you in a volunteer shirt on race day!

The Foundation coordinates closely with NSW commands to support critical needs of active-duty operators while also providing resources for NSW veterans. Their work is focused on three key areas: family services and command support, educational programs, and legacy activities. Their mission is to provide immediate and ongoing support and assistance to the Naval Special Warfare community and their families.
