- Online registration cut off is August 30, 2019 at 12:00 midnight.
- Registration the day of the event is $60.00.
- 1st wave of Mud Runners will be timed – only if you want!

What is the Bad-Dash?
The Northwoods Bad-Dash is a 4-mile adventure run in Manitowish Waters, WI!
The course features 12 obstacles, including a mud crawl, cargo net & fish crib climb and much more!
The event includes a post-race party with LIVE music, beer & food and RAFFLES! The event is open to spectators, participants and the public.

4 Miles. 12 Obstacles. 10,000 gallons of mud. 200lbs of ice.

FREE. This event will be open to spectators, participants and the public.

Volunteer positions typically include: bib pick-up, goody bag/t-shirt distribution, aid station support and many more. You will have a chance to choose your shifts and positions closer to the race date.
